• Staying up-to-date with changes in labour legislation and advising the business on compliance
• Handling employee grievances and disputes in a fair and impartial manner
• Negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements with labour unions
• Conducting regular training sessions for managers on labour law and best practices
• Representing the company in meetings with government labour agencies
• Maintaining accurate records of all labour-related documentation
• Providing guidance and support to the HR team on employee relations matters

 What we're looking for

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in a labour relations or compliance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
•  In-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws and regulations
•  Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution and communication skills
•  Ability to interpret and apply complex legal and regulatory information
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Proven track record of maintaining positive employee relations
•  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
