Responsibilities and Duties:
- Effective implementation of the AML Manual, policies, procedures and controls and ensure their compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
- Risk assessment process ensuring that all compliance risks are appropriately identified, assessed, reported and monitored.
- Development of training material and in the provision of training and updates on compliance matters
- Audit company practices, procedures, and documents to identify potential weaknesses or areas of non-compliance.
- Educating employees about compliance requirements, ethical standards, and internal policies through training programs.
- Documentation for KYC section of the permanent files for our audit clients
- Keep abreast and review of new and amended regulations and advise on necessary actions to be taken.
- Suggest improvements and provide advice and assistance to employees on compliance matters.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, report findings, and create plans for corrective actions for compliance incidents.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Previous experience in the field and knowledge of fintech industry is a plus
