The Compliance Specialist for Online Marketing ensures that all marketing, branding, and advertising activities comply with regulatory frameworks and internal guidelines. This role involves evaluating advertising and event applications, ensuring compliance with marketing regulations, preparing necessary forms, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and working closely with requestors. The specialist reports to the Compliance Supervisor for Online Gaming Platform (OGP) and ensures smooth compliance processes for all marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate marketing, branding, and advertising materials to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Review event applications and ensure proper approvals are secured before execution.
• Prepare and submit required compliance forms to the regulatory body.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, requestors, and internal teams for approval processes.
• Monitor compliance status of marketing projects and ensure approvals are obtained before launch.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing compliance, advertising regulations, or related fields.
