Job Summary:

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land properties for company projects. The role involves conducting site visits, coordinating with landowners and local officials, negotiating terms, and preparing the necessary documents to ensure smooth and legal land acquisition.

• Identify and evaluate potential land for project development.
• Conduct site inspections and initial due diligence.
• Coordinate with landowners, brokers, and local government units (LGUs).
• Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with property owners.
• Prepare, organize, and submit land acquisition documents.
• Assist in securing necessary permits, titles, and legal clearances.
• Maintain records of acquired lands and ongoing negotiations.
• Work closely with legal, engineering, and compliance teams.
• Provide related administrative and technical support service that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Legal Management, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in compliance or land documentation is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with land documentation and Philippine land laws.
• Willing to travel and work on field assignments.
