Penerangan

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
  • Perform repairs and upgrades on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Install operating systems and applications as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.

Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in computer repair or technical support.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals, excellent problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Diagnose and repair hardware issues, provide technical support to customers, and maintain accurate records of repairs.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily in a tech shop environment, may involve occasional onsite visits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, patient, and able to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Willing to work in field, and also outside Cebu
