Job Description:

Responsible for conducting civil engineering field surveys and developing material design specifications. Manage sales of all related materials, providing technical support and product proposals to design firms and construction companies. Build strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective, project-aligned material solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with construction firms.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to interpret and reflect material specifications into design requirements.
• Proficiency in using survey equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Total Station, GPS).
• Knowledge of various construction materials specifically in geosynthetics lining systems and their applications.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with design companies and construction contractors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical materials and conducting client meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience
