• Position: Construction Division Manager

• Work Location: Makati City

• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Salary: ₱100,000/month (Probationary)

• Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Must be a Registered Professional (Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred)
• Experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and client coordination skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Oversee planning, execution, and turnover of construction projects
• Manage division budgets, resource allocation, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and ISO standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and negotiate contracts and claims
