Job Summary:

The Construction Manager is a vital contributor to construction projects, responsible for ensuring their safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. This role involves overseeing contractors, coordinating project activities, managing technical aspects, and representing the owner's interests. The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in project success through comprehensive project planning, efficient coordination, vigilant cost management, diligent financial oversight, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

 1. Project Oversight, Safety, Quality, and Technical Compliance

• Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Oversee construction activities, emphasizing safety, timeliness, and compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

2. Project Planning, Coordination, and Cost Control

• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans.
• Implement control measures to manage project scope, time, and costs.

3. Cost Management and Financial Oversight (Company)

• Monitor actual team costs against budget and forecast.
• Oversee billing and collections for CM services.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Possession of relevant professional certifications or licenses.
• Has a minimum 5 years' of experience in construction project management. 
• Has an in-depth knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, codes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in construction management software, tools, and technologies.
