We’re looking for a strategic and experienced sales leader to head our Construction Equipment Department.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Economics, Business Admin, or related course
• 10–15 years of sales experience (fieldwork to leadership)
• 5+ years in a managerial role
• Background in banking or financing is an advantage

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and recommend departmental objectives, strategic plans, and budgets for approval.
• Monitor performance against plans; analyze variances, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate direct reports to ensure high performance and continuous development.
• Prepare and review all departmental correspondence, reports, and memoranda.
• Identify and implement process and procedural improvements for operational efficiency.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee the Construction Equipment product line, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Train and support Account Officers to drive sales performance.
• Strategically manage key dealers/distributors to strengthen exclusive partnerships with YFP and maximize resource utilization.
