The CMI Homecare Sr. Asst. Manager will be responsible for identifying new trends and innovation ideas to support business growth and will lead the real-time management of innovation projects. He/she will also be in charge of measuring in-market performance and identifying opportunities to harness growth.

The role will support the Home Care Philippines CMI Lead in business partnering the Home Care Philippines Commercial Lead and their functional teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify and integrate consumer insights into various innovation projects -- being the voice of the consumer and putting the consumer at the heart of all initiatives
  • Lead real-time management of innovation projects, from idea co-creation, mix development learnings (qual/quant) and testing
  • Track innovation performance by setting up NPI tracking (incrementality KPI, 100 days of innovation, etc.)
  • Responsible for measurement and generation of insights from continuous research (retail data, consumer panel, brand tracking) to identify issues and opportunities for growth
  • Support the Home Care CMI Lead in developing category, brand, and innovation insights at a local division level

Key Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills to present clearly, to simplify complex topics and to influence decision making
  • Fully operational with analyzing all types of research data (retail audit, consumer panel, brand tracking, strategic researches) and able to synthesize across different data sources to identify growth levers or diagnose performance
  • Good knowledge of market research fundamentals – design and management of qualitive and quantitative research, particularly those used for mix development (Concept-Product Tests, Claims Tests, Ad Tests, etc.)
  • At ease in a facilitation role – comfortable talking with our consumers (i.e. the people we serve) and facilitating insights and idea generation with the full Business team
  • Consumer Love – ability to prioritize human needs, curious to unearth and understand the consumers’ needs and tensions, in order to add value to peoples’ lives
  • A team player – highly collaborative, accountable, and open minded, who likes to work in a rapid and agile way
  • Passionate about innovation, trends, and creativity
