Job Overview:

The Content & Data Specialist plays a critical role in producing responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), technical questionnaires and customized value propositions to win new customers and protect existing business as part of answering complex customer tenders and opportunities. This position supports the Global Tender Management team throughout the entire project life cycle, from the initial evaluation of an opportunity to the final deliverables. Above all, the Content & Data Specialist provides timely, accurate and insightful information to commercial decision-makers for each opportunity.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Tender opportunities and coordinate with internal stakeholders for RFI, technical questionnaires and value proposition responses.
• Analyze and screen incoming material against corporate Tender Management criteria.
• Simultaneously support and monitor several projects according to set timelines and agreed processes.
• Challenge status quo to ensure the highest possible quality in responses.
• Develop internal structure and compile information from different subject matter experts.
• Review content to ensure accuracy, competitive edge and avoiding errors in the content.
• Deploy and govern internal processes and tools and constantly develop, refine and improve them.
• Act as a knowledge and counseling center for information and data library to support colleagues globally.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Customs Administration or another related field
• Years of Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience (TENDER MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Working Knowledge & Skills:

• Working experience from tender management and writing proposals
• In-depth knowledge of global tender processes
• International experience from freight forwarding industry, especially Air and Ocean freight
• Able to converse and write English at a high-level of fluency (business negotiation level) is a must
