Job Requirements

• Talent with a young, presentable, and camera-friendly appearance; baby face and bright, healthy-looking skin preferred.
• At least a diploma graduate
• Proven experience as a Talent, Content Creator, or similar on-camera role, with a portfolio of published videos (e.g., reviews, beauty tips, tutorials).
• Fluent in English and Tagalog, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable and confident performing in front of the camera; able to project a high-end, professional image.
• Good at makeup and styling, with a basic understanding of skincare, makeup, and beauty trends.
• Familiar with TikTok and content creation, including trends, engagement strategies, and algorithm insights.
• Energetic, proactive, and open to feedback; passionate about beauty and continuous learning.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to follow scripts and directions effectively.
• Excellent attendance and reliability; must be punctual and responsible.
• Able to join ASAP and willing to work on-site (WFO) at our Makati office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main on-screen talent for TikTok and Instagram ads, confidently showcasing Glad2Glow’s skincare products.
• Perform scripted content naturally during video shoots and record engaging voiceovers for short. form videos.
• Promote and engage with social media content across platforms, actively monitoring audience interactions (comments, shares, etc.).
• Stay updated on skincare and beauty trends to help the team create relevant, appealing, and trend- driven content.
• Conduct research on beauty industry–related topics and identify customer needs to recommend new content ideas.
• Assist in organizing product samples and maintaining the shooting room.
• Support the social media team with other campaigns, projects, and initiatives as assigned.
