Job Description:

The Content Moderator is responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. The role helps maintain a safe, respectful, and positive online environment by identifying and addressing inappropriate or harmful content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and moderate user-generated content

- Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content

- Follow platform guidelines and moderation standards

- Escalate sensitive or complex cases when necessary

- Maintain accuracy and consistency in content review decisions

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

- Senior High School Graduate

- College Graduate or Undergraduate

- No work experience required

- No BPO experience required

- With good communication skills
