岗位职责：

1. 负责业务风控相关平台产品设计规划及持续迭代，保障项目交付，持续支持产品、技术、运营团队的业务需求；

2. 参与风控业务评审，基于公司风险防控要求，检查运营、产品逻辑中的风险点，提出调整建议或风险防范措施；

3. 对接业务部门，调动研发及相关资源，推动风险防控机制的不断升级；

4. 业务方向包括但不限于：营销反作弊、账户安全、资金安全、渠道反作弊等。

职位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，有2年以上的风控或安全产品经验，有0-1大型项目落地经验优先

2. 具备较强的风控策略输出能力，有较强的逻辑思维，梳理并优化业务流程；

3. 熟悉经典的黑产作弊手法以及处置方式，能够推动业务风险水位提升；

4. 对营销作弊、账号安全、金融风控、反洗钱合规、流量风控等领域有独立的思考者优先；

5. 有KYT经验、链上资金数据分析经验者优先。

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the product design and planning of the company's risk control-related platforms, and be able to continuously iterate, ensure project delivery, and continue to support the business needs of product team, technology team and operation teams

2. Participate in the risk control business review, check risk points in operational activities and product design logic based on the company's risk prevention and control requirements, and propose adjustment suggestions or risk prevention measures

3. Cross-departmental coordination and communication, mobilizing R&D and related resources, and promoting continuous upgrading of risk prevention and control mechanisms.

4. Business directions include but are not limited to: marketing anti-fraud, account security, fund security, channel anti-fraud, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in risk control or product safety, experience in large-scale projects from 0 to 1 is preferred

2. Strong risk control strategy output ability, strong logical thinking, sort out and optimize business processes

3. Familiar with the classic Black Market cheating methods and disposal methods.Able to promote the level of business risk

4. Independent thinkers in the fields of marketing fraud, account security, financial risk control, anti-money laundering compliance, traffic risk control, etc. are preferred

5. Experience in KYT and on-chain capital data analysis is preferred.
