• Attend and represent on behalf of the company on hearings.
• Render Legal advice to the Board and Chairman of the company.
• Review Contracts and Legal Correspondence.
• Prepares pleading, contracts, and legal documents.
• Works and coordinates with Sr. Lawyer.

• Candidate must possess Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Law. Newly board passer/s are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with one (1) year experience in litigation and corporate law.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
• Receptive and eager to acquire new knowledge, skills, and information.
• Preferably living within the vicinity or amenable to work in Valenzuela or relocate prior onboarding.
