The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with operations to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure client retention
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to align service delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in manpower or staffing services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Able to drive transportation vehicle with Driver's License
