Qualifications:

• College graduate preferably with a degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related field.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills
• Articulate in presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Account Management functions is an advantage.
• Preferably with 1-2 years working experience under the same capacity in hotel or resort setting.
• Must be a team player and performance driven with strong work ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new corporate client relationships to meet sales targets and drive growth.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to secure profitable deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
