Supports product development through testing, documentation, research, and trials to help launch new SKUs, enhance existing products, and evaluate raw and packaging materials.​

Responsibilities

• Market research: Analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities and consumer needs.
• Product strategy: Helping define and develop strategies for new and existing products to ensure they align with the company's goals and vision.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Working with various departments, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and manage product launches.
• Customer experience: Ensuring the final product meets customer needs and enhances the overall customer experience.
• Product management support: Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Engage in problem-solving sessions to overcome challenges during the product development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Chemistry, or related field​
• With at least one or two years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing industry specific to product development and marketing.
• Has knowledge in different product development approaches and procedures and has passion about health, beauty, and wellness.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills​
• Detail-oriented, creative, and a proactive attitude towards learning
