Penerangan

  • Analysing and reporting on various cost drivers, including material, labour, and overhead costs
  • Preparing and interpreting cost reports, budgets, and variance analyses to support decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Providing support and training to the finance team on cost accounting best practices
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reporting

Syarat-syarat

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a cost accounting or financial analysis role, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, including cost allocation, variance analysis, and standard costing
  • Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Certifications such as CMA or CPA would be an advantage
