Pick-Up Duties (Based on S.O.P.)

• Does the pick-up based on S.O.P., such as:
• Going to the client’s address, inspect pack, and fill-out necessary information in the waybill paper
• Remitting (pick-up) payments received from the sender, give the Pick-up payment of parcels/packages to drop point admin office for encoding and issuance of Official receipt
• Taking appropriate security and ethical precautions with packages

Delivery Duties (Based on S.O.P.)

• Does the delivery based on S.O.P, such as:
• Following the correct scanning procedure for delivery: DELIVERY, POD, Problem Scan (as needed)
• Responsible for delivering parcels assigned to him; secure parcels and delivery in a timely manner
• Accepting the area delivery assignment without reservation
• Communicates with customer when delivering package (COD or Non-COD)
• Sending notification (call or SMS) to the recipients to verify he will be at their destination before delivering an item. If delivery is unsuccessful or there is any problem while delivering, he must also send notification to the parcel/package recipient
• Plans routes to save time and efficiency using intimate knowledge of the city/area as well as GPS apps on a cellphone
• Reports to Drop Point Supervisor and Drop Point Admin about the problem/s encountered, such as: parcels or package problems, or non-receipt by indicated recipient, etc. Details are on the app supplied to their own mobile phones
• Collect COD payment after a successful delivery of COD packages, then remit the COD payment to the branch admin, together with the copy of the waybill
• Exhibit pleasant behavior to all customers when picking-up or delivering the package
• Must exercise integrity and reliability in the performance of tasks
• Distribute J&T Express brochures/marketing collaterals on the designated/assigned area

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• With certificate of Good Moral Character
• Possesses valid Philippine Driver’s License
• Familiar with Area location
• Can use GPS and other mobile applications
