• Design graphics for social media, websites, product packaging, marketing materials, and other brand collaterals.
• Assist with photo editing, layout design, and product mockups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure creative output supports brand messaging.
• Maintain organized files of artwork and design assets.
• Stay updated with current design trends and tools.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic knowledge of Canva is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic photography and/or video editing skills is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt to feedback.

Creative Skills:

• Strong eye for design, color harmony, and visual storytelling.
• Able to create designs that are on-brand, engaging, and appropriate for various platforms (social media, print, etc.).

 Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising, or any related course. - Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Atleast 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the herbal supplements, health, or wellness industry.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop is a plus).
• Experience in social media management and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
