About the Role:

The Creative Manager will lead the brand’s creative direction and execution, ensuring consistency, innovation, and high-impact visuals across all marketing channels. This role plays a vital part in supporting the overall marketing strategy, shaping brand identity, and delivering creative solutions that drive measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the end-to-end creative development process — from concept to execution — for all marketing campaigns, advertising materials, product visuals, and digital content.

● Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align creative outputs with the overall brand strategy and business goals.

● Design compelling and innovative visual content for social media, packaging, print ads, signage, product catalogs, and promotional materials.

● Supervise internal designers and coordinate with external creative agencies, freelancers, or production partners.

● Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all consumer touchpoints.

● Drive creative innovation and efficiency, maintaining timelines and quality across multiple concurrent projects.

● Partner with internal teams (sales, product, digital, etc.) to gather insights and translate them into creative outputs.

● Stay up-to-date with trends in design, branding, advertising, and consumer behavior, particularly within the consumer electronics industry.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Design, or a related field.

● At least 3–5 years of experience in a creative or marketing role, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.

● Strong background in branding, advertising, creative direction, and digital marketing.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is required.

● Experience in creative signage, layout design, and social media content creation.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Proven ability to lead a creative team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

● Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.

● Strong collaboration skills and a team player mindset.

● Must be willing to work onsite near Arca South, Taguig.
