Position: Maritime Logistics Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree holder of Marine, Logistics, or other related courses
• Fresh graduate can apply
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Willing to work onsite
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate all Hub Agreement activities and ensure timely appointment handling with designated agents.
• Monitor port call execution and collaborate closely with agents and vendors to meet customer expectations.
• Provide ships agency support to customers, the Hub team, and the Sales department, including operational and DA-related follow-ups.
• Utilize customer insights to promote agency services, resolve operational issues, and support Hub Agreement pricing in coordination with Sales.
• Maintain and update agency agreement information within IT systems while ensuring full regulatory and internal compliance.
