COORDINATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS

• Liaise with principals, agents, and port authorities to confirm crew changes and vessel requirements
• ensure the training updates of the seafarers to complete mandatory courses

PERFORMANCE MONITORING

• Evaluate crew performance through onboard reports and propose promotions or disciplinary actions
• Conduct post-voyage debriefings to gather feedback and improve future deployments
