JOB REQUIREMENT:

*Open for Non-Bachelors Degree

*At least 2-3 years Call Center experience

*Amenable to work in a shifting schedule

*Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested

*Amenable to be train on site



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Making constant use of the tools and resources to guarantee first call resolution for clients.

*Respond quickly and effectively to consumer inquiries by learning about their needs, determining the underlying cause of the inquiry, and offering a suitable and long-lasting solution.

*Become brand ambassadors by giving customers the greatest experience possible during all voice encounters in an effort to increase sales.

*Work in a professional setting while fulfilling financial, risk, and customer-centric KPIs and goals as needed.

*With ongoing formal training and guidance from your supervisors, you can rapidly advance your financial knowledge and abilities.
