As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the frontline support for customers, providing assistance related to healthcare services, insurance inquiries, or patient care coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, a nursing background, and a genuine desire to help people.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Licensure: Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Availability: Can start immediately
• NCLEX Status: No ongoing or pending NCLEX application

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience in any of the following settings:
• Hospital (inpatient or outpatient)
• Company, school, or clinic as a Nurse
• Must be supported by a Certificate of Employment (COE)

Compensation and Benefits
