• Must have good communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Interment Arrangement

• Documents Interment Orders.
• Posts Interment Schedule on the bulletin board.
• Gives lay-out of interment to lead staff, survey aide, or POS.
• Follows up on the interment schedule and other requirements.
• Encodes IO to the computer system.
• Files IO to the individual client's folder.

1. Handles customer's inquiries and concerns.
2. Ensures all requirements are submitted to the office and all documents are properly signed/accomplished before interment.
3. Ensures the casket declaration form is properly accomplished by the client and forwarded to POS for checking.
4. Checks the completeness of the interment set-up before the scheduled interment time.
5. Ensures all items needed to facilitate the interment/paraphernalia are in a clean and good working condition.
6. Acts as a host/facilitator during the interment.
7. Writes Grave digging Order Form.
8. Handles Cremation Arrangement.
9. Keeps track of assets and inventories needed for interment.
10. Others

• Aids during marketing activities.
• Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
