We are now hiring Customer Care Representatives for the AT&T Loyalty Account, specializing in cable and internet services. If you have strong persuasion skills and experience handling sales or retention calls, this opportunity is perfect for you!

POSITION: Customer Care Representative (Sales / Retention – AT&T Loyalty)

SALARY OFFER: ₱26,000 + ₱20,000 SIGNING BONUS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months Sales or Retention experience in a BPO/call center
• At least HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Can start December 9

As a Retention / Sales Customer Care Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound calls from existing AT&T customers regarding cable and internet services
• Provide solutions to service issues, billing concerns, and account inquiries
• Use persuasive communication to retain customers who are requesting disconnection or cancellation
• Offer service upgrades, promotions, and packages that fit customer needs
• Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting sales retention targets
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper account handling
• Build customer loyalty by providing professional, empathetic, and efficient support
