The role involves direct communication with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to assist with product or service-related questions, troubleshoot problems, and manage concerns efficiently.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat, social media).
• Assist customers with product or service information, order status, billing inquiries, technical issues, and other support-related questions.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns by identifying the issue, offering solutions, and following through to ensure satisfaction.
