JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Assist customers with order placement, account concerns, billing issues, and general support needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Record and update customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical) for escalated concerns.
