About the Job

Our esteemed client, an accredited training and assessments provider in Australia is looking for Customer Service Representative.


Key Responsibilities


1. Prospect Engagement and Sales Support

· Call prospects to follow up on inquiries and encourage course bookings

· Maintain and update the sales database

· Support the sales team in reaching enrollment targets


2. Email and Communication Management

· Respond to email inquiries and follow up as needed

· Forward emails to the correct departments


3. Bookings and Enrollments

· Process course bookings and send confirmation emails

· Upload student documents and follow up on missing items

· Complete forms and required paperwork

· Send reminders via SMS/email and call students to confirm attendance


5. Other Duties

· Handle incoming calls as backup

· Create and send invoices


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or courses
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven combined experience in sales, customer service, and administrative roles within the BPO industry.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledgeable with Aircall, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Salesforce, Cloud Assess, or MS 365
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding time management, organizational, and problem-solving with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
