ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative, internally known as a Care Center Representative who will provide optimal and efficient service to their customers. This role will take customer calls, monitor work progress, and prepare quotes. The ideal candidate is organized, sales service-oriented, and always exhibits the utmost integrity.


WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays


POSITION TYPE: Full Time


WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Take customer calls and provide accurate responses and exemplary service
  • Engage with customers over various communication channels (phone, email, text) to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to effectively promote products and services
  • Generate accurate and compelling quotes tailored to customers' specific residential and commercial glass requirements, highlighting value propositions and benefits
  • Manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries throughout the process
  • Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services or products as appropriate
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company's product offerings and features to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell or upsell related items, maximizing sales potential
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures for daily administrative tasks related to sales and customer service
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of sales transactions and customer interactions
  • Prepare quotes for a variety of work orders including residential and commercial glass needs
  • Monitor work order progress, and effectively manage the follow-up process
  • Understand and use correct product category codes
  • Ensure business is conducted in a manner exhibiting high legal, moral, ethical, and professional standards


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Ability to determine customers' needs with each inquiry, whether by phone, email, or text
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough needs assessments to understand customers' pain points and offer relevant solutions.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet sales objectives.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of fundamental software
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and enhance skills
