Assist in developing strategies for client retention in HMO & insurance sectors.
Communicate with clients to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues.
Monitor client feedback and propose improvements to service offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support retention campaigns.
Maintain accurate client records and report on retention metrics.

Bachelor’s degree holder / College Graduate
At least 1 year of experience in client servicing, preferably in HMO, insurance, or healthcare industries (open for interested newbies)
Proven skills in account management, including client relationship building, issue resolution, and retention strategies
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus
Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Holds a valid driver’s license and can drive as needed for client servicing activities
Willing to work on-site
