- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, and product) to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor and update order statuses in the system.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Flag recurring issues and provide feedback to help improve customer service processes.
- Help maintain the accuracy of product listings and website content, when needed.
- Stay updated on platform changes, product updates, and company policies.
