CEBU ONSITE - Customer Service Representatives

What You'll Be Doing:

• 100% call center and phone-based environment
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed

• At least a high school graduate
• 1 year of customer-facing experience
• Call center experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
