Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; however, customer service experience is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a willingness to help others.
  • Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
