Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to document and trademark filing services.
• Assist clients with submission processes, status tracking, and filing concerns.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with process standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide exceptional service and maintain clear, courteous communication at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• With at least 6 months of BPO experience
• Not a job hopper (consistent employment record preferred)
• At least 6 months of Customer Service experience with basic upselling background
• Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
• Amenable to shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
• High School (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: ₱16,000 – ₱27,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
