• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions and update account information in the system
• Process orders, payments, requests, and other transactions as required
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary

Qualifications:

• HS Graduate or College Graduate
• with or without experience
• Preferred ( 1 year or experience
