- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Assist with inquiries, orders, troubleshooting, refunds, and escalations
- Deliver friendly, clear, and professional service over the phone
Requirements
- College graduate or undergraduate (any course)
- Excellent English communication skills – clear, neutral accent & confident on calls
- Patient, empathetic, good listening skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules (including graveyard, weekends, holidays)
- Willing to work onsite
