Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / ALS Graduate
- With or without BPO experience (Freshers welcome!)
- Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Handles inbound calls for a home security service provider
- Assists customers with account inquiries, billing, and service requests
- Provides basic troubleshooting for alarm systems and security devices
- Guides customers on system usage, upgrades, and scheduling technicians
- Ensures customer safety concerns are addressed accurately and promptly
