What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality customer service through voice and non-voice channels, such as phone, email, and chat
• Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate data entry
• Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer service
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and deliver a consistent customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telco, billing, technical support, lifestyle or retail industry
• Atleast HS/SHS Graduates; Open for Starters/Adapters with excellent communication skills; All Segment (with BPO experience as well)
• Flexible when it comes to shifting work hours
• Must work well under pressure and can handle multiple customer interactions
• Amenable to work on-site
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
