- Provide clear and professional answers to various questions regarding Travel inquiries
- Meet all productivity and quality requirements and guidelines
- Model and work by the company's core values
- Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals
- Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
- At least 1 year experience in a customer oriented and/or sales role
- Minimum 6 months experience in Travel or Hospitality industry
- Capable of customer management and can negotiate, overcome objections, and/or upsell/cross-sell
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge on computers
