As a Collection Associate-Pionner Taglish/Local Account, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions to collect outstanding payments, while delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Handle inbound customer calls to discuss payment plans and collect outstanding debts
• Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on late or missed payments
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements
• Provide exceptional customer service, working to resolve customer queries and concerns
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or collections role, preferably in a call centre environment
• HS/SHS GRAD + 1YR COLLECTOR EXPERIENCE (BPO OR NON-BPO)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle difficult customer situations
• Proficiency in Tagalog and English, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• Resilience and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets
