We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with 1–5 years of experience to manage phone calls and email enquiries, create and monitor work orders, coordinate urgent requests with contractors, and handle invoice and job ticket processing.

This position plays a key role in ensuring jobs are followed through efficiently and completed within agreed service levels and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer email enquiries
  • Review and confirm client requests, then initiate the appropriate service actions
  • Create work orders and coordinate priority tasks with contractors
  • Process invoices, job completion tickets, and insurance-related documents
  • Accurately record and maintain information in internal systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor, follow up, and close jobs in line with agreed KPIs
  • Contribute to system enhancements and team development initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years of experience in a customer service role, including phone and email support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a solution-focused mindset
  • High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and data entry
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple requests, and work efficiently
  • Capable of working independently while also collaborating within a team
  • Previous experience in administrative or support-heavy customer service roles is an advantage
