We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Above-average English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Amenable to work onsite, night shifts and on shifting schedules
• At least HS (old curriculum) & SHS graduate with at least 6 months continuous international call center experience or College graduate if no call center experience
• Must have an active Viber account (interviews will conducted via Viber
