We’re Hiring: Executive (Contract)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: RM2,500

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day admin and office activities
  • Handle calls, emails & correspondence
  • Maintain employee and vendor records
  • Support HR & Finance with documentation
  • Liaise with vendors for supplies & logistics
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes & travel arrangements
  • Ensure compliance & confidentiality

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in admin or office support
  • Good communication, multitasking & MS Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail & willingness to learn
