Ø Develops and maintains relations with customers

Ø Reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference

Ø Makes recommendations to maintenance technicians

Ø Offers feedback on product development, features and functions

Ø Lead person in improving and maintaining customer satisfaction

Ø Performs other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time
