Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, requiring interaction with customers both in-person and over the phone.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.
