In this role, you will talk to customers, answer their questions through emails, messages, or calls, solve problems, and make sure they are satisfied with our service.

You must be:

• Patient, polite, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work well in a team
• Willing to learn new things

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• With or Without Experience
• With Good Communication Skills

OR

• At least High School or SHS Graduate with 1 year BPO experience
• At least 2nd Year College with 6 months BPO experience
