• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat

Requirements

• Atleast 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
• Empathy and patience in handling customer complaints and concerns

Preferred Skills

• Experience with customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
• Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
